• Kids 6 to 14 child rate applies
• Kids 0 to 2 stay free, 3-5 years $40.00 per night
• Midweek: Sun-Thu Weekend: Fri & Sat
• Rates include complimentary use of sauna, spa, plunge pool, internet facilities
• Check In: 4.00pm Check Out: 10.00am
• PLEASE NOTE: Every effort is made to make rooms available as soon as possible after arrival,
  however, as we cannot guarantee room availability before 4:00pm, change facilities and secure
  luggage storage are available.

Child Rates:

Children stay free Winterfest and Spring when sharing with 2 adults & using existing bedding
• 0-2 years: free of charge
• 3-5 years: $40.00 per night when sharing with two adults & using existing bedding
• 6-14 years: child rate if sharing with 2 adults in same room & using existing bedding

EXTRAS: Minimum of 24 hours notice required
• Rollaway Bed Fee: $85.00 pp pn (B&B)
• Cot Fee: $40 per night

APARTMENT RATES: 2017    PRICES ARE PER APARTMENT PER NIGHT- Accommodation only, Serviced Daily.

SECURITY BOND:

Apartment reservations require security bond of $750.00 payable on arrival at the hotel either by credit card or cash. Persons booking accommodation are responsible for any loss or damage to it. The bond is additional to the cost of the reservation and is fully refundable 5-7 days after departure providing property is left in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition. Key cards will not be issued until the Security bond is processed.

KITCHEN:

Full kitchens are available for the use of guests in all apartments. However, kitchens are not serviced and it is the responsibility of the guests if they elect to use the kitchen, to leave it as it was found or a cleaning charge of up to $400.00 may be incurred.
